Baptismal font

We thought this was a bit odd as there wasn't much room to insert a child for christening. The two lovely volunteers pointed out it normally was completely closed and raised on a pulley system for baptisms. We had a great chat with them

Guernsey The cruise ship can’t dock on this little island, so a tender pulls up to the side of the ship and up to 150 people cram into it for the short ride to shore. It was rough.
